	Prior to 1998, I served as a commercial real-estate development, operations and financial analyst for Wright Runstad & Company, where I was responsible for budgeting and forecasting, financial and cost reporting, and controllership duties for the following properties:
Microsoft World Headquarters Washington Mutual Tower Wells Fargo Building Second & Seneca Building
	Prior to 1987 I was employed as a Certified Public Accountant with the Seattle firm of Benson & McLaughlin, P.S. During this time I worked on audit engagements and tax work for individuals and small to medium sized businesses.
	I earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Seattle University in 1983, majoring in accounting.
